About the event
On Saturday, August 21st we will be hosting our In-House Competition. This is open to anyone who wants to take part. No matter where you are in your fitness journey we see this as an opportunity to celebrate our fitness, test ourselves, and have some fun with our community. Even if you do not wish to participate we would love as many people out to volunteer or support as possible. We want to make this as big a community event as possible. The events will run from 8:30 am to around 12:00pm. These events have been designed to test overall fitness. It will be a great weekend of testing. Most of us have not done multiple workouts on a weekend before. For anyone who may have an interest in competing this will be a great first challenge. For anyone just wanting to test their abilities within the confines of our gym, this is your shot.
- The workouts will be designed for teams of 3 (made by the coaches)
- All ability levels are welcomed
- There will be a CrossFit Kids heat ages 8+
- Workouts will be announced periodically as we near the date along with standards
- Food, drinks, and vendors to also be announced.
